FAQs

Bookings
Do I need to pre-book or can we drop in?
At Jump Factory we advise pre-booking your trampolining session on our website in advance in order to guarantee you a place in the park. It will also speed up the check in process upon arrival. Please note we do have a 48-hour refund policy. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded. If you are not able to book online, you can book and pay at reception upon arrival, but please be aware time slots/space cannot be guaranteed or be available and you may have a long wait for the next session.

Is there any kind of group discount?
Please see the Jump Factory price list here under the one-hour OPEN JUMP sessions.

Can I book more than one hour at a time?
You can book two hours in a row at Jump Factory if you wish! Just click on 1 hour and change it to 2 hours in the booking system to add another hour to your session. Please note, not all sessions have consecutive hours available.

What are the age limits for our birthday party bookings?
Party goers join in with our 'OPEN JUMP' Sessions and all participants need to be 5 years of age and over. If you would like to book a party for a group of under 5's in one of our 'MINI JUMP' sessions, please email or call to arrange with our Jump Factory team.

Can I be with my toddler for their Mini Jump session?
Mini Jumpers require a little more supervision for their safety and comfort. We therefore require 1 adult present in the park itself per 2 mini jumpers. This is on top of any Jump Factory staff who are attending the session. Under 5’s will not be allowed access to the park if they are not accompanied by an adult. We ask that accompanying adults resist the urge to bounce on the same trampoline with their toddler for safety reasons.
Check In
How much time do I need to allow before my jump session starts?
You’ll need to allow at least 30mins to check in and receive the safety briefing before your session begins. You may not be allowed to jump if you arrive too late to join your session. Allowing time for stretching and a warm up before any activity is also a great idea to help prevent injury.

What if I’m running late and I miss scheduled jump time?
Please don’t be late! We wouldn’t want you to miss out and we are often so busy that we can’t get you on to the next time slot. However, if you are a little late and if it’s not too busy we will do our best to let you join in mid-session but this will not always be possible. Missed sessions are non refundable and non transferable.
Waivers
Do I need to sign a waiver before jumping?
Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to complete a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian complete their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not accepted.

Will I have to sign a waiver every time I come?
Once your waiver for using the trampoline park is completed we will keep it on file for 12 months. You can save time for your arrival and check in by completing your waiver online. Please note waivers completed prior to 10th March 2017 are obsolete. New waivers will have to be completed. These are then valid for 12 months.

How do I go about getting a group to sign waivers?
When booking a group, at the ‘add participant’ step you will see an option to add the participant’s/or parent/legal guardian’s email address. Upon completion of the booking, email links to the waiver will be sent. To save time at check-in, we advise all waivers to be completed online in advance.

Who can sign my waiver for me?
The waiver must only be completed by yourself or a Parent or Legal guardian is required to sign a waiver for all under 18’s.

Safety
Do I have to wear socks for Jumping?
Yes! Jump Factory grip-socks! For hygiene and safety purposes, we require you to wear a pair of grip-socks at all times whilst in the trampoline centre. Jump Factory grip-socks are £1.50 and yours to keep, wash and re-use for your next visit.

Can I still jump if I have recently been injured or have a medical condition?
If you have been recently injured or have on-going health problems we ask that you check with your doctor before booking with Jump Factory. All jumpers take part in the activities provided by Jump Factory entirely at their own risk.

Can I jump if I am pregnant?
For the safety of you and your baby we do not allow jumping whilst pregnant. If you are pregnant and have an older child who needs supervision on the trampolines then you will need to find another adult to accompany them.

Can I take photos inside the trampoline centre?
Unfortunately for safety reasons cameras and camera phones whilst jumping are prohibited. If you would like to get a close up of yourself or your friends on the trampolines you may leave the court to get your cameras or camera phones, return to take the photos/videos, then leave the court to put your equipment back in your locker. Photos and videos can be taken from the café and viewing gallery.
Clothing
What is appropriate clothing for Jumping?
Wear soft, flexible clothing that you would normally exercise in. Do not wear clothing with any sharp buckles/clasps/zips etc. that could be harmful to yourself or other jumpers whilst using the trampoline park. Jumping can get quite hot so breathable clothing is recommended and an extra layer to put on afterwards to keep yourself warm is a great idea.

In the winter months, especially when the temperature outside falls, the park can be cold. We recommend that you do compensate for that when dressing to jump.

Can I wear my glasses in the trampoline arena?
If you would need glasses to drive, the chances are you will need glasses to see a safe distance in the trampoline park to avoid collisions. Obviously wearing glasses carries it’s own risk so contact lenses would be preferable where possible. We have a limited number of optional safety goggles available to wear on top of your glasses to help reduce the risk of breakages and injuries. Jumpers wear their glasses entirely at their own risk and Jump Factory is not liable for any personal loss or injury caused by wearing glasses or contact lenses in the arena.

Where can I store my things?
There are lockers available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis for you to store your things and are £1 refundable. Please note that all valuables are left at the owner’s risk and that Jump Factory does not accept any responsibility in the event of theft/loss or damage.

Is there a café?
Jump Factory has its’ very own café with a viewing gallery for you to watch the action in the arena.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Only food and drink purchased at Jump Factory is to be consumed on the premises. A microwave is available for the purpose of warming baby food and bottles only. Guests who have booked a party and VIP room are welcome to bring their birthday cake.
