Okay, so this is the boring bit – please bear with us, because trampolining is fast becoming an extreme sport and accidents do happen. Safety rules must be followed in order to minimise risks, so listen up and pay attention!

Safety is paramount here at Jump Factory, and so we advise you to only attempt activities and moves reasonable for your personal health, fitness and skill levels.

For safety and hygiene purposes, all jumpers must wear Jump Factory trampoline grip-socks when jumping. These socks cost just £1.50 a pair, and once you’ve purchased them, they’re yours to keep and use again at Jump Factory!

We ask that you pay special attention to the safety briefing before your session and follow the directions of the Jump Marshals whilst using the trampolines and other facilities. We have some new Parkour equipment in the park which can only be used by customers aged 8 years plus and over 1.2 metres tall. There are some specific safety rules which apply to this equipment. Please click HERE to read these rules.

A list of our general park rules can be found HERE and equipment specific rules can be found HERE.

To keep our younger jumpers safe, we offer special Mini Jump sessions for children aged 5 and under. Only jumpers aged 5 and over will be permitted to participate in normal sessions.

For safety reasons we cannot allow anyone over 19st (120kg) to participate in a normal jumping session. We also do not permit anyone to jump during pregnancy, and advise against jumping if you have recently suffered an injury or medical condition that may affect your safety. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before booking.

Please read and complete our waiver online whilst booking, and allow AT LEAST 30mins upon arrival to check in and hear the safety briefing before your session.
